Canon CEE Green Apples Team Event 2022

The event was attended by Canon CEE colleagues from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Azerbaijan. We ensured that they had the opportunity to meet in person once again after more than two years of remote work.  

We selected the luxurious five-star Kempinski Palace Portorož hotel as the accommodation for our esteemed guests. The event included a relaxed dinner at the nearby Bungalow restaurant, a day trip to Venice (inclement weather and rough seas forced us to change our plans and take a bus instead of the planned Prince of Venice catamaran) and a gala dinner and party held in the hotel’s Crystal Ballroom.  

MA Marketing has taken care of:  

• Hotel accommodation at the five-star Kempinski Palace Portorož hotel  
• Bus transport from Vienna to Portorož and back with stops in Ljubljana, where we distributed Jezeršek’s snack packs to passengers  
• Organization of a business meeting in the hotel’s Levante conference room and setting up of the room  
• Relaxed buffet dinner at the nearby Bungalow Restaurant  
• Arranging a day trip to Venice, where participants explored the tourist attractions in and around St Mark’s Square, had lunch in a local restaurant, experienced a gondola ride through Venice’s hidden canals, took a water taxi ride and much more.  
• Putting together a gala dinner and party with DJ and karaoke, including sound and stage lighting in the hotel’s Crystal Ballroom  
• Event direction and organization  
• Preparing promotional materials  
• Selecting and coordinating external contractors  
• Creating a short video summary  
• Physical presence and management as well as the final report
